Dear Reza,
Thank you for your mail! The GRE is mandatory and it is not possible to be exempted from it. You would not get admission without it, that is valid for all students, even for German students who studied at our FHTE.

I would recommend that you apply next year again! We keep the application documents for one year. You only would have to send the updated CV and a new letter of motivation again.

As I shortly explained in our phone talk there are some formalities which have to be taken into account. One of these is the formal equivalence to a german bachelor degree in CS. In your case this formal equivalence is not given since the BA course at IUST is a 4 year course and 5 are necessary for the formal equivalence
